Here is Cora sporting a half-cape which should go nicely over any dress. It is not a formal capelet, but one for casual visits or walks through the hills.
I draw a lot of half-capes myself. I used to say it was because I liked them, but secretly it was always because they took up less space on the page then full capes and were therefore a little easier to deal with. Yours is a lovely little cape.
