Margaret Visits Bessie

Margaret Hale has come a long ways in becoming accustomed to Milton ways. She has a close friend who live in a very poor part of town. Many of the upperclass in Milton look down on her for this friendship. Margaret, however, ignores them and takes pleasure from her long talks with Bessie.
This is a print gown with a ruffled scoop neck and striped pattern.

  1. Wow, you did a great job with the stripes over the ruffles!

  2. There's something very... modern and graphic about the striped pattern which is a neat contrast to the conservative and old fashioned dress.
