Ballgown with Stripes and Dots

This creation I cleverly call Ballgown with Stripes and Dots. Ahem, so naming is not my forte. It's another party dress for Cora, she'll be seen in a lot of these this summer! She has so many balls to attend her wardrobe is overflowing with gowns!
